 I don't have a commercial operation, it's an outlet to sell my handmade beadwork. I keep one or two of each popular item in stock, but it's likely I'll have to make up your order when I receive it.
This is a good thing unless you're in a hurry. You can always ask for different colors, or a shorter or longer length, or other minor customizations. I usually ship in-stock items the day after you order. If I have to make it up, it usually only requires one or two extra days.
I invent new designs every two months or so, so please bookmark this site and come back to see what's new. There's also a clearance page, so see what you can snap up there!
Extra-cost options: If you need a particular design, or have special beads that you want incorporated into a design, I'll be happy to work with you on that. I can also add or substitute better beads, including freshwater pearls and Swarovski crystal.
Shipping: First one or two items $2.75; each additional $1.00 [I'm trying to make the PayPal shopping cart do this!] More to Canada. Ask first about shipping to other countries.
Guarantee: All items are fully guaranteed. Return any items that don't meet your expectations within 10 days of receipt for a hassle-free refund (less shipping charges) or replacement. The wire and connectors are very strong and top quality; I'll fix or replace items that break unreasonably for just shipping cost, but please don't ask if you snag it on something.
